Q. How do I order?
A. We encourage you to use our online ordering, as it’s the fastest way to process your order.

For any ordering inquiries we ask that you use the online contact us form or send an email to hello@cakeandbloom.com.au . Should your inquiry be urgent please feel free to contact us on 0438 808 499 , please be patient if we do not answer your call immediately as we take many calls everyday.
Q. Where are you located and can we pick up our orders?
A. cake&bloom is an online store and operate out of a commercial kitchen. At this stage we are unable to allow for a pick up service.
Q. How much notice do you need for an order?
A. We require at least 48 hours notice for regular orders. For any special requirements such as a large order or any corporate orders we generally require at least 1 - 2 weeks prior notice.
Q. Once I place an order is it confirmed?
A. Once you have placed your order it is automatically considered confirmed, however if cake&bloom are unable to fulfil the order for any reason we will contact you within 24 hours as we reserve the right not to accept an order and a full refund will be applied.
