Q. Does cake&bloom ship anywhere in Australia?
A. cake&bloom currently delivers to a wide range of Sydney metropolitan suburbs. Please use our postcode checker to see if we deliver to you. If your delivery address is not on our list please email cake&bloom at or call us on 0438 808 499 for a delivery quote to your suburb. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. cake&bloom charge a flat rate delivery fee of $15 for delivery within a 20km radius from Sydney CBD. Please note for suburbs outside this zone additional charges will apply.
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. We deliver between 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday except public holidays. Delivery times are an approximate only, we are unable to guarantee a delivery time, however should you require a specific delivery time a premium delivery fee will apply. Please contact us for details.
Q. What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?
A. Ensuring that the details are correct for delivery is your responsibility. Please ensure that you provide us with clear and accurate delivery details such as the recipient, office, hospital ward, building name and address where applicable.

All deliveries to a business address will be via the reception. If your gift is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may also cause delay in delivery.
Q. What if my recipient is not at home?
A. We highly recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery as cake&bloom require a signature as receipt o f the box. If there is no authorized person at the delivery address due to health and safety reasons we will not deliver the products that you have ordered. in this instance we endevour to contact you to arrange an alternate a delivery time. We will charge you a redelivery fee equal to the intial delivery fee and may charge you for loss of any perishable products in your order.
Q. What should I do if the order has been damaged in transit?
A. In the unlikely event that your cake&bloom is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will automatically replace it with a gift of equal or greater value.
